I made this and it's easy and yummy
This recipe is from Bon Appetit magazine. It's called Chicken Cutlet Sandwiches with Savoy Cabbage Slaw. Google it. It's really easy. You don't even need savoy cabbage. Use whatever slaw you like. It really makes little difference in the overall yumminess. I used napa cabbage. It was great. It looks like fried chicken but the sauteed panko makes it fried chicken-like. It's also fast. oh, and I used Kings Hawaiian bread. (I mean, I'm sure Von's doesn't carry Pullman bread anyway.) It was the best decision. It is the bomb. Trust me.
